These terms apply to use of websites, services and applications provided by Haleema Global Technologies SMC Private Limited, services and published applications.

Project proposals, statements of work, licenses or app-store terms may contain additional conditions. A specific written agreement governs if it conflicts with these general website terms.
Acceptance and use
By accessing a Haleema Global website, service or application, you agree to follow these terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
You must not misuse a service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website content, software, designs, text, graphics, brand assets and other materials provided by Haleema Global remain the property of Haleema Global or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, redistributed or modified without permission.
Accounts and eligibility
Where an account is required, you are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting access credentials. Contact support if you believe an account has been compromised.
Services are not intended for children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian where such permission is required.
Mobile applications
Applications may be subject to additional store terms. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Application features, availability and requirements may change as products are maintained and improved.
Third-party services and links
Our experiences may link to or rely on third-party platforms. Their content, availability, transactions and policies are controlled by those providers. Review their terms before using them.
Availability and limitation
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we work to maintain useful and reliable products, uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Haleema Global is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a service.
Cancellation and termination
You may stop using a service at any time. Account cancellation, outstanding payments or project-specific obligations may be governed by the agreement connected with that service.
Access may be suspended or terminated where these terms are materially violated or continued access creates security, legal or operational risk.
Project services and payments
Scope, schedule, fees, revisions, acceptance, cancellation, intellectual-property transfer and delivery terms for client work are defined in the applicable proposal or project agreement. Work outside an agreed scope may require a revised estimate and schedule.
Acceptable use
Users must not introduce malicious code, perform harmful automated scraping, impersonate others, infringe rights, commit fraud, bypass access controls or use a service for unlawful activity.
Updates and interpretation
Applications and services may change as they are maintained and improved. Updates can be required for continued use. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
These terms may be updated for operational, product or legal changes. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published.
